We are looking for an HR and Business Associate to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will engage in a wide range of human resources activities and play a crucial role in human resources and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Onboard new hires to ensure a smooth integration into our company culture.

- Implement and uphold company values, culture, and policies.

- Maintain candidate files and handle the gathering and maintenance of personnel files with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

- Provide management with accurate reports and required documents on a regular basis.

- Perform additional HR functions and tasks as needed.

- Run reference checks to ensure the reliability and fit of potential hires.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align HR strategies and business development efforts.

- Conduct business research to identify new opportunities and understand market trends.

- Engage in outreach to potential new clients to expand our business reach, as a secondary focus.

- Source and screen potential candidates to find the best match for our team.

- Report to the Managing Director, providing regular updates and strategic insights.

- Work closely with internal teams across departments and maintain productive relationships with external partners and clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required.

- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, sales, customer service, marketing, or similar fields.

- Solid understanding of labor and employment laws.

- Strong ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and team members.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
