Employment Information

Martin Management Group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and spearheading various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Benefits administration and management of open enrollment
  • Management of the training platform
  • Workman's comp claims
  • Unemployment claims
  • Leave of absence
  • STD, LTD claims
  • COBRA
  • EEO1
  • OSHA 3000
  • Employee set up and questions regarding 401k
  • Manage employee wellness and rewards programs
  • ACA end of year review
  • Audit employment files for proper supporting documentation
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Prior HR administrative experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
