Role Description

We are seeking passionate and talented HR Administrator to join our team. You’ll play a key role in our daily operations and development of the company. This position is located in New York and and involves key responsibilities in HR Administrator management, such as daily attendance, formulating HR rules and regulations, employee onboarding and resignation, file keeping, performance appraisal, employee relationship management and daily administrative work.

Responsibilities

HR management:

  • Responsible for formulating, supervising, and implementing corporate/HR management rules and regulations;
  • Handle new employee onboarding, resignation, regularization, transfer and other related work, signing labor contracts and termination of labor contracts, etc.;
  • Management and archiving of personnel files and other company documents;
  • Responsible for daily attendance management, statistics, and reviewing employees’ requests for leave and overtime;
  • Performance appraisal:develop performance appraisal indicators and supervise the implementation, conduct effective performance interviews based on the appraisal results to improve performance;
  • Promoting the company’s corporate culture, organizing team building activities, festival activities and employee care activities, etc.;

Daily administrative work:

  • Responsible for the management of daily administrative works, such as meeting organization, sending and receiving express delivery, paperwork,etc.;
  • Procurement, distribution, registration management inventory and maintenance of office supplies and fixed assets, computer/ telephone and network management, office environment maintenance.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in HRM / Administration / other related management fields or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Chinese and English, and possess a legal residence visa in the United States.
  • At least one year of HR or Administration experience, especially HR management and Administration management, familiar with HR administrative workflow and local labor laws;
  • Excellent skills for communicating and teamwork, strong affinity;
  • Detailed work and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, able to adapt to the team's rapid growth phase, proactive, practical, and positive thinking.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
