Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with data entry, proofreading, and document preparation
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Support order entry process and ensure accurate record keeping

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading tasks
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
