Job Description:

Shannon Galvanizing is seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator with some accounting duties. This role will primarily focus on Human Resources for our industrial company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR. Certifications and QBO Payroll are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle onboarding processes efficiently
  • Engage in heavy face-to-face interaction with employees in both Spanish and English to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure all employee records are properly documented.
  • Utilize expert record-keeping skills, E-verify, and QBO Timekeeping app.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to support various tasks and projects as needed.
  • Provide certain reports and KPI data to the Controller for publication to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 2 years in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and charts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online is a plus.
