Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Holistic Wellness Coach who is a certified personal trainer with expertise in mental health to join our team. As a Holistic Wellness Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients towards their wellness goals through a comprehensive approach that addresses both physical and mental well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one wellness coaching sessions with clients, integrating personal training techniques with mental health knowledge to promote holistic wellness
• Develop individualized wellness plans that encompass physical fitness, nutrition, stress management, and mental health strategies
• Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and motivation to clients as they work towards achieving their wellness goals
• Collaborate with our team of professionals, including mental health counselors, to provide comprehensive care to clients
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in both fitness and mental health to enhance the effectiveness of coaching sessions

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a recognized accreditation
• Knowledge of mental health concepts and techniques, with experience in applying them within a wellness context
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level
• Passion for holistic wellness and a commitment to helping individuals achieve balance and vitality in all areas of their lives
