We are seeking skilled and experienced lowboy and landoll operators to join our team. These positions entail servicing our valued customers Monday thru Friday with occasional weekends (rotating schedule). Safety is our number one priority for all involved, if you have an issue or need constant reminders to wear your PPE, this is not the home for you. Our equipment is very important to us and is the main tool for providing income for all of us. If daily Pre and Post trips are too much to handle, this is not the home for you. Our customers success rides on us day in and day out with on time service expiations and safe loading and DOT securement procedures, if you're constantly late or have unreliable transportation, wife said you can't work today etc. or don't want to use "the extra chain" this is not the home for you. Our pay scale is based on many things, experience and professionalism, safety, and A-1 customer satisfaction experiences to name a few. Knowledge and experience is how we determine the scale of pay. The pay scale ranges anywhere from 35 to 45 dollars per hour gross pay with overtime after 40 hours, paid weekly. WE ARE PICKY! Duties:
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport customers equipment with care
- Oversize/overweight loads
- Safely load and off load equipment
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Customer satisfaction
- Paperwork and truck runs completed and turned in daily.
- Communicate with dispatch and customers effectively and respectfully.

Qualifications:

-MINIUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE
- Clean Driving Record
- Clean appearance
- Time management skills
- Able to problem solve and ask for help when needed
- Strong understanding of safety and equipment care
- Team player attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills

-Interstate License

- No Felonies
