Global Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary:
The Global Supply Chain Manager position oversees and directs assigned sourcing activities for the business. Working closely with supply chain and operations, this supply chain professional may coordinate, organize and manage all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, inventories and management of raw materials, consumables, parts and services, etc. This position will report to the Corporate Office in Greeley, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for international logistics negotiations.
- Establish and manage warehousing, logistics and/or shipping process.
- Negotiate prices for warehousing, logistics and/or shipping companies.
- Responsible for establishing a cohesive supply chain and inbound logistics.
- Evaluate the logistics process and implement procedures to improve it.
- Collaborates with other departments and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for equipment, raw materials, products, acceptable substitutions, ingredients and packaging.
- Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
- Acts as the company’s representative in negotiations with suppliers.
- Maintains alignment with Procurement and operations to assure proper inventories of materials and supplies.
- Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
- Establish and manage the international logistics and importation process.
- Prepares and presents market conditions and merchandise cost reports.
- Drafts, explains, and implements instructions, policies, and procedures for purchasing and contract management.
- Evaluates and approves conditions for issuing and awarding bids.
- Resolves grievances with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Cooperate with Procurement specialists finding possibilities to optimize TCO.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field is required.
- International logistics background desired.
- Exhibits a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Able to deliver a positive, polished, and consultative internal and external customer experience.
- Demonstrates a history of being goal-oriented. Able to create, communicate, and implement strategic plans, can understand, communicate, and deliver operational improvements and is determined to deliver exceptionally positive financial results.
- Proactively plans for both short-term and long-term objectives, effectively manages team and company resources while maintaining broader organizational strategic goals.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of$115,000 - $130,000; and
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
