Redaptive is searching for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis team. Reporting the Sr. Manager FP&A, this position will play an important role within the FP&A team as we work to inform strategic decisions, model future expectations, and analyze historical results to support the broader Redaptive team.

Responsibilities and Duties

    • Assist with the development of the annual operating expense budget and monthly operating expense forecasts through close collaboration with Senior Leadership, driving strategic business decisions across the organization.
    • Contribute to internal and external presentations that articulate the company’s financial performance.
    • Partner across the organization to provide forward-looking analysis to support business decisions.
    • Prepare and review recurring financial reports for management to track performance, aid decision making and provide insight into the business.
    • Assist in the preparation of the company’s strategic planning models, cash forecasts and other forecast models.
    • Perform variance analysis of budgeted/forecasted results against actual financial performance, clearly interpreting and documenting variances, and cost drivers.
    • Create analyses of financial and operational metrics to evaluate and direct business performance.
    • Assist in simplifying processes, accelerating automation, and enhancing analytics functions.
    • Participate in ad-hoc strategic requests from various business units across the organization.

Required Abilities and Skills

    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Collaborative team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, while also comfortable working independently with a high degree of autonomy.
    • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.

Education and Experience

    • 4-6+ years of relevant experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees/classifications are advantageous but not essential.
    • Excellent budgeting and financial analysis skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Highly experienced in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to work independently with little oversight while taking initiative and launching proactive ideas.

    • Expected annual salary: $72,000 - $80,000 (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
    • Annual bonus target of 10%, subject to company and individual performance
