Job Description: Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will assist with developing user-friendly Microsoft Excel models that evaluate utility financial, technical, and operational data to provide reports, insight, and action plans to senior level utility management. The successful candidate will work directly with Senior Consultants, Executive Consultants, Directors, and client project teams to diagnose issues and collaboratively design effective solutions.

Duties: Financial Analyst

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative financial and economic analyses to support end-user models utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Conduct econometric analyses employing descriptive and predictive analytics to summarize large sets of historical data from various platforms.
  • Support development of financial models with user-friendly dashboards to improve flexibility in decision-making and to address our clients’ most challenging problems.
  • Develop project status reports and prepare reports and memoranda summarizing research findings, statistical data analysis, and results.
  • Perform industry and project-specific research.

Rewards: Financial Analyst: $65,000-$75,000
