Job Description:

The Field Service Electrician Lead will conduct on-site field visits to oversee the installation of electrical and mechanical equipment. Addresses customer-reported technical issues and performs routine repairs. Collaborates with customers to ensure effective communication and service. Ensures all equipment installations adhere to industry standards, company specifications, and customer requirements. Analyzes performance reports, inspects malfunctioning equipment, and determines necessary corrective actions. Coordinates solutions with Field Service, Engineering, and other departments to expedite repairs. Maintains accurate records and submits reports to the Field Service Supervisor. Provides recommendations for addressing recurring equipment problems. Demonstrates punctuality, on-site availability, and flexibility for overtime work. Fosters collaborative relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors. Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and engage effectively within the department.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the field service department, overseeing employees and ensuring their safety. Develop work plans, allocate tasks, and determine appropriate techniques. Execute responsibilities in alignment with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with employees, both individually and in group settings. Responsibilities encompass planning, assigning, directing work, and resolving issues within the department.
