• Design Innovation: Contribute to the creation of the latest Shark and Ninja products and bring innovative technology to the business.
• Prototyping: Collaborate with the team to build proof-of-concept prototypes in our state-of-the-art machine shop, demonstrating a hands-on, creative approach to design.
• 3D Printing: Utilize 3D printing techniques to bring your design concepts to life, pushing the boundaries of existing technology.
• CAD Proficiency: Apply your expertise in SolidWorks or CREO to design and test our newest appliances, working closely with our Shark and/or Ninja teams to ensure functionality and user-friendliness.
• Technology Brainstorming: Engage in discussions with subject matter experts (SMEs) and participate in brainstorming sessions to explore feasible technology paths for our advanced development teams.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a meticulous and data-oriented approach to your work, ensuring that every design element is carefully considered.
• Self-Driven Learning: Exhibit a self-starter attitude with a strong willingness to learn and explore emerging kitchen technologies and innovative solutions.
• Production Processes: Gain familiarity with production processes, including injection molding, to ensure that your designs are manufacturable at scale.
• Passion for Excellence: Bring your passion for creating 5-star products to the forefront of your work, striving for excellence in every design and iteration.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with 3D printing and prototype development.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar design software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm for home appliance technology and a strong desire to innovate.
• Familiarity with production processes, particularly injection molding, is a plus.
• Creativity and a drive for continuous improvement.
