Truck Driver

Duties:
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle, such as a truck or tractor-trailer, to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards while operating the vehicle
- Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs, inspection reports, and mileage records

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle being operated
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a truck driver or in a related field
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past [X] years
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and other drivers
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and electronic logging devices (ELDs)
- Experience with specific types of driving, such as shuttle driving, bus driving, heavy equipment operation, delivery driving, route driving, yard jockeying, heavy haul, or moving is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,567.86 - $2,000.00 per week
