As a mechanic / automotive technician you can expect to complete basic maintenance services and to be motivated, hard-working, and want to continue your career in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who has minimum of 2 years experience in the automotive industry and is able to stand, lift, and be on their feet for long periods of time.

Experienced Automotive Technician Responsibilities:

• Able to diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc.
• Completes service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and correct, to pass quality inspections set forth by dealership quality standards.
• Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate directly with service advisors and foreman regarding the status of the service work.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Experienced Automotive Technician Qualifications:

• 1+ years automotive technician / mechanic experience.
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.).
• Strong automotive knowledge.
• Maintains sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Guaranteed 40 + flat rate hours each week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
