As the Equity and Inclusion Manager, you will collaboratively support the development and execution of focused diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and initiatives. Acting as an advocate for the organization’s commitment to an inclusive workplace, they will champion opportunities for responsive change. This role will involve providing data-supported insights and innovative recommendations to cultivate an equitable culture of belonging.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the management of DEI programs, including defining metrics, monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and managing workflows to ensure efficient program delivery.
- Analyzing data to track organizational DEI metrics and program outcomes aligned with the overall DEI strategy.
- Conducting research on DEI best practices and providing insights for policy changes or program improvements.
- Contributing to the creation of communication materials to promote DEI initiatives internally and externally.
- Supporting the planning and execution of DEI-focused training programs and workshops.
- Engaging in community outreach activities and establishing relationships with external organizations.
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with DEI metrics, design of diversity education programs.
- Demonstrated proficiency as a project/program manager, adept at translating strategic plans into actionable steps.
- Exemplary experience in conducting surveys, managing intricate datasets, ensuring data integrity, and conducting data analyses.
- Experience in administering or delivering cross-cultural assessments.
- Fluency in Spanish, Hmong, or Somali is advantageous.
