We are a Consulting firm in the southwestern region that offers strategic sales and customer acquisition campaigns with an innovative and individualized approach based on what our clients need.

Our team is searching for our next Entry Level Account Manager. The Entry Level Account Manager will be involved in customer interactions, researching new sales leads, generating leads, and developing strategic ways to create long-lasting customer loyalty. An Entry Level Account Manager must have a passion and excitement for working with people, with an extraordinary drive for excellent service.

Responsibilities of our Entry Level Account Manager:

  • Develop relationships directly with new and existing client accounts, to better ensure quality of service and individualized satisfaction
  • Maximize revenue to the client by closing the sales process with qualifying customers, and upselling when necessary
  • Conduct presentations to inquiring customers, educating them on products and services, and moving forward with the sales process should it make sense
  • Efficiently resolve any customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
  • Identify changes in market trends in the region and educate oneself accordingly
  • Work cross-functionally with other Entry Level Account Managers to ensure all metrics and goals are met

Qualifications of our next Entry Level Account Manager:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, entry-level, or a related field is highly recommended
  • Demonstration of leadership experience in a previously held position is highly desirable
  • Possess a Coachable mindset with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Easily self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Unparalleled communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
