Responsible for repairing and installing electrical circuits and components according to National Electrical Code and state and local building codes; and assisting other Electricians as needed. Must have Journey Electrician License.
  • Repair and install electrical circuits and components according to National

  • Input work order data and labor into the system
  • Provide physical and technical assistance to other trades
  • Perform maintenance repair and troubleshooting for electrical systems and apparatus
  • Oversee installation of electrical services and inspections for construction projects
  • Review pre-construction documents and technical guidelines for district standards
  • Respond to emergency power failures and emergency back-up systems
  • Participate in on-call rotation
  • Snow removal

    Education/Certification/Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus courses and training required to fulfill the requirements of an electrician apprenticeship and to pass the state journey
  • Electrician license exam
  • Must maintain valid Colorado driver’s license and meet District auto insurability requirement
  • Colorado Journey Electrician License
  • District asbestos training certification required with 6 months after hire
  • Criminal background check required for hire
  • Over 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and construction

Starting salary $30.32 per hour. Additional compensation will be considered with direct experience.
