Requirements: MINIMUM 5 YEARS RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH ECI MARKSYSTEMS HOME BUILDING SOFTWARE PACKAGE.

> Pay range includes salary and bonus pay. Actual experience with Marksystems will impact final pay package.

> Duties include, but are not limited to:

> Heavy involvement in the initial set up of Marksystems software package

> Building and maintaining various needed databases for proper and accurate estimates and standard plan pricing within Marksystems

> Estimating plans based on various specifications levels and entering all data into Marksystems

> Managing price lists for sales department in Marksystems

> Training other team members on Marksystems estimating, purchasing and sales functions.
> Build standard options database of universal upgrade items.

> Coordination with subcontractors and vendors for setting up initial master pricing templates, setting up and maintaining periodic cost update uploading.
