Job Description:
We are looking for an Experienced Marketplace Ecommerce Amazon Reseller professional with a background in Digital ECommerce and Marketplace such as Amazon and Walmart. You will work cross-functionally with Flipcost's go-to-market (GTM) organization, including Consumer Marketing, Business Systems, Customer Success, and Logistics, to streamline processes and perform ad hoc data analyses to offer recommendations and improve processes for the direct-to-consumer business. Reporting to our Director of Consumer Marketing, you will administer changes on a company website, Amazon, and any additional eCommerce channels and notifications and demand planning processes for the Consumer business. Flipcost is seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Account Manager to lead our sales growth on the Amazon marketplace, Walmart and more. Reporting to our CEO, you will administer changes on the company’s website, Amazon Reseller Account, and any additional eCommerce channels and notifications and demand planning processes for the Consumer business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of our Amazon Seller Central account.
- Develop strategies to optimize product listings and increase sales.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and risks and define the strategy for profitable growth.
- Coordinate with marketing team to improve product listings and implement promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal availability.
- Provide customer service support, ensuring all customer queries are responded to promptly and efficiently.
- Analyze KPIs and report on performance metrics, sales, and plans to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for selling products on Amazon, such as pricing, product listings, and advertising campaigns.
- Optimize product listings by ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Oversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior using Amazon Seller Central and third-party analytics tools.
- Conduct competitive research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and best practices in the Amazon marketplace.
- Create and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, respond to customer inquiries and address issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to improve product ratings and reviews, as they play a crucial role in Amazon's algorithm.
- Drives collaboration with cross-functional teams, including brand and digital marketing, sales, finance, operations, and supply chain, to maximize eCommerce sales and the consumer buying experience
- Experiments with and introduces new eCommerce capabilities
- Creates and gains organizational alignment on eCommerce launch plans for new products on existing platforms and for new geographies and new eCommerce stores
- Sets, measures, and continuously optimizes key digital and sales metrics related to online store performance
- Develops an eCommerce marketing budget, metrics, and measurement program for all initiatives
- Manages eCommerce agencies and partners as necessary to achieve objectives
- The eCommerce Manager will develop and execute our eCommerce strategy for our own stores and digital marketplaces
- This position will ensure brand awareness and will optimize online experience consistent across platforms and geographies
- Owns Flipcost global end-to-end consumer purchasing experience, including owned online stores and presence on external marketplaces
- Drives eCommerce strategy, including loyalty, offers, subscriptions, discount, and referral programs
- Maximizes sales on a company website, Amazon, and any additional eCommerce channels
- Drives collaboration with cross-functional teams, including brand and digital marketing, sales, finance, operations, and supply chain, to maximize eCommerce sales and the consumer buying experience
- Experiments
- with and introduces new eCommerce capabilities
- Creates and gains organizational alignment on eCommerce launch plans for new products on existing platforms and for new geographies and new eCommerce stores
- Sets measures, and continuously optimizes key digital and sales metrics related to online store performance
- Develops an eCommerce marketing budget, metrics, and measurement program for all initiatives
- Manages eCommerce agencies and partners as necessary to achieve objectives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2+ years total eCommerce and digital marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, including Shopify, Walmart, and Amazon
- Built or optimized online stores
- Track record of making data-driven decisions, operating with an agile, test/learn/iterate operating mindset
- Must have Data Anatylics.
- Must have Amazon Marketplace Experience.
- Must have Excel Experience.
- The eCommerce Manager will develop and execute our eCommerce strategy for our own stores and digital marketplaces
- This position will ensure brand awareness and will optimize online experience consistent across platforms and geographies
- This position will report to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce
- Owns Flipcost global end-to-end consumer purchasing experience, including owned online stores and presence on external marketplaces
- Drives eCommerce strategy, including loyalty, offers, subscriptions, discount, and referral programs
- Maximizes sales on a company website, Amazon, and any additional eCommerce channels
- Hands-on experience in SEO, and SEM, and have managed digital marketing campaigns
- Bias toward action when faced with uncertainty or a new challenge
