Job Title: Inventory Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee the inventory and supply chain operations of our cannabis dispensary. This critical role requires excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of supply chain management to ensure efficient operations and compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement and maintain robust inventory records to ensure a steady supply of cannabis products.
• Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, optimizing for timeliness and efficiency.
• Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Analyze sales and inventory data using SQL or other analytical tools to guide inventory decisions and forecast needs.
• Develop and implement materials handling procedures to minimize losses and maintain quality control.
• Create and maintain scheduling and planning processes to adjust inventory levels based on customer demand.
• Ensure strict compliance with cannabis industry regulations and maintain meticulous records of all inventory and transactions.
• Train and lead inventory staff, providing ongoing support and performance feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
