Role Summary:

INCCRRA is seeking a DBA Developer to work in the Information Technology Department. This position will support and maintain INCCRRA's databases. Our organization does require that you live within the state of Illinois.

What will you be doing:

  • Support day to day use of INCCRRA's database environments by developing SQL queries, views, stored procedures.
  • Assess, research, and develop solutions for "long running tasks" such as queries and stored procedures.
  • Work with development manager to facilitate resolution of database-related issues with functionality in DTP and our websites.
  • Assist in capture and deployment of data from production to QA and DEV Databases
  • Develop and update documentation around database configurations and disaster recovery/data recovery procedures.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills and abilities we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or over 3 years and up to including 5 years of experience.
  • Experience with tools required to create/update database tables, queries/views, stored procedures in any enterprise-level database management system (IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, SQL, MariaDB/MySQL)
  • Ability to work in groups and alone
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task
