Database Coordinator (Temporary 3-6 month assignment)


ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Database Coordinator is responsible for initiating and ensuring system workflows and training in the database system (RockRMS). The database coordinator may also perform other general office tasks as required.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Learn, utilize, train, and provide support for staff members and volunteers

  • Create and maintain database documentation and training manual
  • Create system-based forms and reports, including reports using SQL
  • Assist with generating giving statements for congregants
  • Send routine system reports to various staff members and ministries
  • Create event registrations and check-in schedules as needed
  • Initiate system workflows based upon data
  • Input New Members & maintain member profiles & data
  • Assist with financial data input and processes as needed
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Update & maintain the external MyBrownBaptist site
  • Update & maintain the internal staff site
  • Assist with maintaining devices associated with database
  • All other duties as assigned

ANTICIPATED TIME COMMITMENTS


  • Available to work 40 hours weekly and beyond as a salaried employee


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience in various Computer Software
  • Strong Typing Skills
  • Confidential & Accountable
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Knowledge of basic HTML, Bootstrap, and Lava
