Position Summary:

The Corporate Trainer is responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and facilitating corporate training programs within the Bank. Training encompasses all applications such as practical, technical, customer service/sales, policy, and regulatory ensuring that employees are adequately trained to perform their assigned duties effectively and in compliance with regulations and within policies/procedures established by the Bank.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff in a fast-paced environment. It is a requirement to remain proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
