The Coordinator of Athletics and Activities is responsible for the coordination of athletic and activity events, operations, and supervision of coaches and moderators. The primary function of this position is to directly support the Director of Athletics and Activities.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Athletics and/Activities required.
- Determination to drive student achievement and set high expectations for all students
- Ability to work effectively with other employees, students and parents.
WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US:
- Coordinate the planning of the student athletics and activities programs which includes scheduling events, facilities, officials, support personnel (i.e. security/police, scorekeepers, ticket takers)
- Maintain and review eligibility lists for the Director of Athletics and Activities.
- Coordinate the scheduling and supervision of game workers.
- Provide oversight of extracurricular activities.
- Assists with the supervision of high school and middle school athletic and activity events.
- Assist DOAA with supervision of high school coaches and co-curricular sponsors.
- Assist DOAA with supervision of middle school coaches and co-curricular sponsors.
- Assist DOAA in the enforcement of District Policies.
- Assist DOAA with compliance of school, league, PIAA, and Title IX policies.
- Assist DOAA in the preparation of the athletics and activities budget.
- Coordinates the ordering, maintenance, storage and inventory of equipment for athletics and activities.
- Assist DOAA in the promoting and publicizing of athletics and activities.
- Assist DOAA with boosters’ and parent programs.
- Assists counselors in the collection of activities information for award and scholarship opportunities.
- Coordinates with the DOAA the organization of award programs for athletics and activities.
- Coordinates the scheduling of facilities with the Director of Facilities.
- Arranges for transportation for practices, sporting events, and activities groups.
- Assist DOAA with collection of money and deposits for athletic tickets sales and activities events.
- Coordinate the scheduling of events with the middle school Athletic Director.
- Coordinate with the DOAA advertising and sponsorship opportunities
- Manage new scoreboard advertising

Salary Level: According to CAA Agreement
