Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical construction Materials compliance manager to oversee and manage the efficient use of epoxy flooring materials across multiple residential projects in Florida. This role is pivotal in auditing material usage, ensuring economical use of high-cost supplies, and maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Travel to various residential job sites to audit and oversee the application of epoxy flooring.

- Calculate precise measurements needed for epoxy per square footage to minimize waste and prevent excess usage.

- Monitor, record, and evaluate the usage of all epoxy materials to ensure they adhere to project specifications.

- Implement and oversee strict control measures to manage material use efficiently.

- Conduct regular audits to compare actual material consumption against initial estimates.

- Prepare detailed audit reports on material usage, project progress, and compliance with standards.

- Train and guide crews in efficient practices and compliance with material usage guidelines.

- Resolve discrepancies and issues in material application or project execution swiftly and effectively.

Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in auditing material usage in construction or similar industries.

- Ability to travel frequently to multiple locations across Florida.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with a high commitment to quality.

- Physical fitness to perform on-site inspections and supervision.

Education:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management, accounting, auditing, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.

Experience:

- At least 3 years of experience in a management or auditing role within the construction, manufacturing, or related industry. Experience specifically in epoxy flooring is beneficial but not required.

Salary:

$55,000 - Competitive, based on experience & company vehicle provided
