The Compensation Manager will be responsible for leading the research of job requirements and evaluation of job positions to ensure the company is competitive in total compensation. This person will coordinate all efforts to remain competitive, including market research, compensation surveys, market adjustment calculations and proposals. Works with the HR recruitment team to assess candidate’s prior experience to make fair and equitable job offers to candidates.
