Job Summary:
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, administering compensation policies and programs. Runs weekly reports and file uploads and provides interpretation. The Compensation Analyst also assists in the design and implementation of compensation structures, policies, and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation data, including salaries and incentives, to ensure accuracy, internal equity and external competitiveness
- Provide administration and interpretation of compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and merit increase processes
- Assist with annual compensation review cycle
- Assist with deferred compensation administration and reporting
- Research and analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and compensation surveys to ensure the organization's compensation practices remain competitive
- Provide compensation structure maintenance, support, reporting and key metrics – including daily/monthly market value reporting
- Evaluate and classify positions within the organization based on factors such as job duties, responsibilities, and qualifications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation data and records, including salary structures and job descriptions
- Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to communicate compensation policies, programs, and practices to employees effectively
- Leverage vendor relationships as needed
- Ensure all federal, state and local compliance
Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills:
- 3-5 Years experience working with employee compensation and organizational compensation policies and programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related area
- Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using Excel – advanced Excel skills required
- CCP/CBP certification preferred
- Self-motivated with keen attention to detail, high degree of accuracy and sense of urgency.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
