What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will drive implementation of strategic business initiatives for the Commercial Leadership Team. A consistent track record of project management experience in a fast-paced environment is expected as is the ability to frame decisions through compelling analytics, critical thinking, and strategic recommendations. This highly analytical role will require completing analyses and identifying potential business and efficiency opportunities. Key to the role is support of the UPLIZNA team, including various activities required by cross-functional partners.
- Manage, prioritize, and contribute to strategic and operational initiatives helping to drive execution across functional groups.
- Advance execution on key initiatives to support the UPLIZNA agenda while using data driven decisions.
- Liaison for commercial operations to the UPLIZNA Sales, Patient Services, Marketing, & Analytics organizations to coordinate the overall operations of strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Effectively work with all key partners to ensure alignment and provide impact to the business.
- Provide insights and commercial advice while maintaining an understanding of the industry trends, and best practices.
- Amplify Commercial communication: Develop presentations on behalf of UPLIZNA leaders for key constituents such as the Rare Disease Business Unit Leadership Team
- Manage complex projects, on-time and on-budget.
- Ability to drive change in a matrixed environment.

- Doctorate degree and 2 years of operations and analytics experience
- Master’s degree and 4 years of operations and analytics experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years operations and analytics experience
- Associate’s degree and 10 years of operations and analytics experience
- High school diploma / GED and 12 years of operations and analytics experience
- Demonstrated success in corporate strategy, or a commercial organization with industry experience
- Strong analytical and data driven mindset with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel including knowledge of pivot tables, lookups and array formulas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience developing presentations for board-level and executive audiences
- Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with executives
- Track record of delivering value to the business with the ability to manage and prioritize heavy workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A history of strong project management including running business initiatives with collaboration across commercial leadership
- Experience with commonly used business intelligence tools, and designing, reporting, and delivering analytics

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
