OVERVIEW

Manage all operational and day-to-day aspects of assigned terminal and/or terminals while promoting a positive culture.


RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
  • Maximize the development of internal talent through regular performance coaching, performance reviews and presenting developmental opportunities.
  • Maintain a positive culture.
  • Align area objectives with the strategic goals of the department.
  • Monitor annual budgets for assigned area of responsibility to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and review P&L.
  • Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and Local transportation regulations.
  • Maintain active communications with all CLI Transport and Sheetz departments as required or as needed.
  • Coordinate and insure equipment readiness and compliance with all federal state and local laws

QUALIFICATIONS

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business management with logistics concentration or a related field required
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in the transportation industry required
Licenses/Certifications
  • HM-126F
  • Valid Driver’s License
