- Salary range: Depending on experience

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures concerning environmental, health, safety, and governmental laws.
- Prepare, analyze, and issue production and performance reports.
- Manage plant budget effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement to meet manufacturing standards, utilizing Lean tools, 5 S, and Management of Change (MOC).
- Execute production plans, develop capacity and resource plans to ensure adaptability to short-term challenges.
- Identify growth opportunities and pursue new business prospects in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the organization in accordance with company policies.
- Manage the performance of individuals and all plant staff.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 years' experience managing operational teams.
- Leadership experience in a union workforce environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or another technical field.
- 10 years' leadership experience in a chemical plant environment.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
