Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness training and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals and fitness levels
- Design customized workout programs tailored to individual needs and goals
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique
- Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey
- Assist with fitness sales by promoting personal training services to potential clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and exercise science principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
- Certification in personal training from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM)
- Sales experience is a plus
- Sports coaching or physical education background is beneficial
-FMS, TPI, or any corrective exercise certifications is a HUGE plus.
