Hidden Gym is a results-oriented fitness facility dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer at Hidden Gym, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and make a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct fitness assessments: Perform comprehensive fitness assessments for clients to determine their current fitness level, set goals, and develop personalized training programs.

2. Design customized workout plans: Create tailored workout plans based on clients' goals, fitness levels, and any specific health considerations.

3. Provide one-on-one training sessions: Conduct individual training sessions with clients, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety while motivating and encouraging them to achieve their fitness goals.

4. Offer nutritional guidance: Provide clients with nutritional guidance, including meal planning and dietary recommendations, to support their fitness journey and overall well-being.

5. Track progress: Regularly monitor and track clients' progress by recording measurements, strength gains, and other relevant data to ensure ongoing success and make necessary adjustments to training programs.

6. Sell Personal Training & Coaching Services: Contact incoming leads that have expressed interest in personal training by using our industry leading text and email application. Book consultations. Consult with new clients about goals and the best plan to achieve their goals. Sign the clients up for their training package and appropriate membership.

7. Educate and motivate: Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle habits to promote long-term success and healthy habits beyond the gym.

8. Provide exceptional customer service: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service and support throughout their fitness journey.

9. Work well with a team: At Hidden Gym we pride ourselves in our team environment. We host biweekly meetings, and celebrate together monthly when we hit our goals. Clients do no miss sessions, so if you’re on vacation or out sick you will be expected to coordinate with other coaches to make sure your clients do not miss their workouts and get a great experience.

10. Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously expand your knowledge and expertise by staying informed about the latest fitness trends, research, and techniques to provide the highest level of service to clients.

Requirements:

1. Certification: Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.) or equivalent qualification.

2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a personal trainer, preferably in a fitness facility or gym environment.

3. Strong interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their goals, and build rapport.

4. Passion for fitness: Genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. 5. Knowledge of exercise science: Solid understanding of exercise physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics to create safe and effective training programs.

6. Professionalism and reliability: Punctuality, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are essential.

7. CPR/AED certification: Possess a current CPR/AED certification or be willing to obtain one. 8. Adaptable and flexible: Ability to adapt training techniques and programs to meet individual client needs and preferences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
