Warren-T Fitness is seeking an experienced and certified Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs, guidance, and motivation to our clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and a valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct individual fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, fitness levels, and any specific limitations or medical conditions.

2. Design customized workout programs tailored to clients' needs, incorporating strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility training, and other appropriate techniques.

3. Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to clients, ensuring safety and effectiveness.

4. Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey, providing ongoing support and encouragement.

5. Monitor and track clients' progress regularly, adjusting workout plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

6. Educate clients on proper nutrition, diet, and lifestyle choices to enhance their overall fitness and well-being.

7. Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring that all equipment is in proper working condition.

8. Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments to provide clients with the most effective training methods.

9. Collaborate with other trainers and fitness professionals to create a positive and supportive team environment.

10. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including maintaining current CPR certification.

Qualifications:

1. Personal Training Certification from a recognized and accredited organization.

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, working with diverse populations and fitness levels.

3. Current CPR certification.

4. In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and motivate them.

6. Ability to create and modify workout plans based on individual needs and goals.

7. Excellent organizational skills to track clients' progress and manage schedules.

8. Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
