Duties:
- Effectively Coach small group sessions with up to 6 participants.
- Ability to maintain positive, high-energy with an emphasis on coaching form & technique
- Scale group format to accommodate all fitness levels
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with clients
- Develop personalized fitness programs based on clients' goals and abilities
- Provide guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques and form
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their fitness programs as needed
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitnes
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts to attract new clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or in a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of physical education and exercise science principles
- Certification in personal training or a related field (e.g., ACE, NASM) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
