Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals. As a Personal Trainer, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized fitness plans and provide guidance on exercise techniques.
Duties:
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels
- Create customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and goals
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure clients perform them with correct form
- Motivate and support clients to help them stay on track with their fitness journey
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Provide education on nutrition and lifestyle choices to complement fitness goals
Qualifications:
- Certification in Personal Training or related field
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Experience in fitness sales or sports coaching is a plus
- Ability to design effective workout programs for individuals or groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Physical Education or related field preferred
