The Cardiac Cath Lab Quality Improvement RN will work under the direction of the Cath Lab Nurse Director and Cath Lab Manager. The Quality Improvement RN will provide hands on care to patients, but also act as a resource for the staff and provide the Cath Lab team with current, best-practice education and trainings. They will be a leader in implementing the nursing practice model and help ensure the daily operations of the Cath Lab run smoothly. The Cath Lab Quality Coordinator will have a Bachelor's in Nursing degree with experience in cardiac catheterization lab and cardiac care.
