Business Unit Financial Analyst/Sr Business Unit Financial Analyst - NSK Corporation

Business Unit Financial Analyst/Sr Business Unit Financial Analyst Role

This position will lead the Business Unit's monthly forecasting and annual business planning processes. Participate in the annual standard cost change for the NSK Corporation and BU. Support the Business Unit Controller in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis and reports for internal and external purposes. Support the Business Unit Controller with meeting support and other special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares, analyzes, and communicates financial results of the Business Unit to Japan and NSK-America.
  • Assists Business Unit Controller in preparation budgets, revised budgets, MTP and associated v-charts.
  • Maintain, analyze, and review rebate programs and RMA's for NSK Corp and business unit.
  • Provide financial support to the business.
  • Reviews and analyzes forecasts provided by each company as well as prepares forecasts for NSK Corp and business unit. Responsible for tracking, maintaining, and reporting out bi-monthly forecast results.
  • Review business unit responsible balance sheet accounts: Account Receivables, Obsolesces & Surplus Inventory.
  • Work with individuals as needed on capital projects.
  • Responds to NSK Japan questions regarding OBP, forecasts, and results.
  • Prepares various analytical documents using Hyperion for further analysis.

Qualifications

  • This job requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 to 8 years of position-related experience.
