The role of Freight Forwarding Field Sales entails developing a personal Book Of Business (BOB) by executing company commercial strategies and products to drive growth. This position demands adept communication skills and a background in Freight Forwarding within a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Book Of Business (BOB) to ensure consistent growth in Volume, Revenue, and Margin.
  • Foster continual growth of the BCO composition, balancing Hunting and Farming efforts.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research within the local market.
  • Collaborate with Branch Operations to tailor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to client needs.
  • Support BOB clients with daily export/import requests, facilitating successful opportunity closures.
  • Coordinate with the internal network and external Partner Agents to deliver optimal service support for business opportunities.
  • Utilize the CRM system to effectively manage personal pipeline and record activity for the Field Sales Incentive Scheme.
  • Stay abreast of local regulations, industry trends, new practices, and enhancements.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated sales track record, with a minimum of 3 years of recent and relevant experience in Freight Forwarding.
  • Mandatory experience in Freight Forwarding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
