Are you a seasoned Bilingual HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? We are currently is seeking a dedicated Direct Hire Bilingual HR Generalist to join our client's dynamic team in Huntley, IL. (Direct Hire - $60-$70k)
Position Overview: As a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (Spanish), you will report directly to the HR Director and serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries within your assigned client group. Your responsibilities will include supporting HR operations, building strong relationships with employees and leaders, and driving the execution of HR projects and initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operational functions as a consultative HR Professional
- Provide both tactical and strategic HR support to your assigned client group 100 percent onsite at our Huntley locations.
- There could be some traveling to Elgin and Palatine on rare occasions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all employee HR inquiries
- Utilize your HR expertise to deliver exceptional service to employees and leaders
- Contribute to the execution of HR projects and initiatives supporting the organization's strategy
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of work experience as an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field preferred
- PHR certification and bilingual proficiency are advantageous
- Demonstrated knowledge of all functional areas in human resources, policies, procedures, and best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong business acumen with attention to detail and a track record of delivering results
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in challenging situations
- Experience developing innovative programs to attract and engage employees
- A team-first mindset with a proactive attitude towards HR initiatives
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
