Bilingual HR Administrator – Starting at $26.50 an hour
All Start Labor and Staffing now looking to hire a Bilingual HR Administrator for a manufacturing company in the Newberg area.
he Human Resources Admin supports overall department including but not limited to HRIS, benefits, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity; occupational health and safety. Must be a self-starter with the ability to balance conflicting points of view, demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness and must be customer service oriented.
- Be a highly visible, spirited ambassador of company and its core values to the employees
- Development and management of employee training (onboarding and continuous education)
- Support Annual Review process with managers (annual merit increase)
- 401k/Roth management and support
- Responsible for recognition and morale program
- Coordinating recruitment with temp associates
- Onboarding and exit interviews
- All facets of required HR reporting
- Provide support for entering and maintaining new employees and all changes in HRIS platform
- Perform other tasks and projects as needed and assigned by manager
- 2-year college degree is preferred
- 2-4 years of experience utilizing Paycom or similar HRIS software
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office including a minimum of intermediate Excel experience
- Bilingual in Spanish; assisting other departments in need of a translator and proof reading of documents.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in a positive and courteous manner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to follow-through to completion
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, changing environment
PAY AND SCHEDULE FOR POSITION:
Monday – Friday, Day Shift (ability to work flexible hours, with additional time as needed)
Pay is starting at $26.50 an hour
