WhipFlip.com, an award-winning automotive technology company is set for further expansion and in need of stellar inside sales talent to convert thousands of inbound leads from potential vehicle sellers. WhipFlip has the best vehicle purchasing service in the industry to acquire consumer cars as fast and as easy as ordering a pizza. This puts the sales representative at an advantage when attempting to close a potential consumer car seller.

This position will be tasked with contacting and closing a robust INBOUND/WARM lead set of consumer car owners who have received an offer from WhipFlip to sell their car. This is a high activity, fast paced role where high contact rates matched with quality of conversation matter to your/our success.

Responsibilities and Duties

· 80-120 call/text/email per day cadence – This is a numbers game to some degree!

· High degree of sales aptitude, closing mindset, and hunter persona.

· Utilize company best practices to handle objections, negotiate, and close inbound leads.

· Assist in opening new markets WhipFlip will enter – Reserved for our elite sales personnel.

· Scheduling of appointments for our field team to finalize the sale at the customers driveway.

· Maintains communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with service.

· Timely and accurate logging of customer details and comments in our CRM.

· Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products and services we provide.

· Adhering to all company attendance, performance policies, and operating procedures.

· Utilize detailed scripts and word tracks provided to assist in maximizing close rates.

Requirements

· High school diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred.

· 3+ years in outbound phone sales, non-remote is required.

· High volume contact and sales experience is required.

· Punctual, organized, and task-oriented to meet goal structure.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills via phone, text, and email.

· Proficient with Microsoft office software and daily internet functions. Average or above average computer literacy.

· “Go Getter” with an entrepreneurial mindset with a professional and personable demeanor.

· Some car knowledge in the form of vehicle appraisal preferred, not required.

Compensation:

· Base salary + Commission + Bonus = $60k+ OTE’s

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year

  • Automotive sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Outbound calling: 3 years (Required)
