Casey’s Automotive is a fast-growing, highly motivated, family-owned operated, our independent repair shop services all makes and models of vehicles. We currently have 3 locations in Chantilly, Sterling, and Great Falls, with more to come.

Most of our service is spent performing regular maintenance and repairs. Additionally, we offer 4x4 offroad upgrades and accessories through our Casey’s Customs brand. We operate with extreme attention to detail, which allows us to maintain the highest level of customer service and the best teamwork mentality in the business.

We are looking for a few good techs of all levels (A, B, C) to grow our team, and we offer apprenticeships for the right person willing to learn. Job Responsibilities include the following.

  • Diagnose malfunction(s) and perform repair(s)
  • Communicate with service advisors to obtain needed parts
  • Document work performed and recommended on the repair order.
  • Road test customer vehicles
  • Ensure that customers’ cars are kept clean, undamaged, and without changes to comfort, convenience, or audio system settings.
  • Keep shop area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools at all times
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
  • Strong Automotive knowledge
  • Individual accountability and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to carry out beginner to expert repairs and scheduled maintenance on different product types
