Most of our service is spent performing regular maintenance and repairs. Additionally, we offer 4x4 offroad upgrades and accessories through our Casey’s Customs brand. We are looking for a few good techs of all levels (A, B, C) to grow our team, and we offer apprenticeships for the right person willing to learn. Job Responsibilities include the following.

• Diagnose malfunction(s) and perform repair(s)
• Communicate with service advisors to obtain needed parts
• Document work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Road test customer vehicles
• Ensure that customers’ cars are kept clean, undamaged, and without changes to comfort, convenience, or audio system settings.
• Keep shop area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools at all times
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
• Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
• Strong Automotive knowledge
• Individual accountability and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to carry out beginner to expert repairs and scheduled maintenance on different product types
• Able to work well with others
