OBJECTIVE:
Associate Human Resources Generalist Objective
To provide professional and administrative support to the Human Resources Division in the areas of forms, organizational charts, policies, and employee engagement. To perform technical and administrative support tasks that are integral to the Human Resource Division’s (HRD) information handling such as reporting, and general inquiries. To assist the Human Resources Division in planning and implementing company-sponsored events and programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Associate Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between the human resources department and other departments within the organization. Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external general Human Resources questions. Provide professional and courteous assistance when servicing customers directly, over the phone, through email, or via Teams chat.

Provide general support to the Human Resources Division as required. This may include assisting with recruiting efforts, employee relations, benefits administration, HR systems, and administrative tasks.

Make changes as requested to the Human Resources Policies and Procedures Manual based on delivered documentation from Employee Relations Manager and produce draft copies for company management or board review. Produce finalized approved copies for HRD intranet publishing. Coordinate the employee acknowledgement process in ADP.

Serve as an administrator in the employee recognition system. This includes monitoring activity, encouraging participation, and planning events to drive usage.

Develop and maintain a general knowledge of Human Resources Division functions, policies, and procedures to best direct and serve employee inquiries.

Develop and maintain proficiency on the HR/Recruiting/Payroll systems. Produce reports to successfully complete essential functions of this position, and as requested by other staff and company management.

Manage the HR Forms library, including creation and administrative support for all electronic forms for the HR division. Create a governance model for retention and usage of HR forms. Represent Human Resources on the internal DocuSign Center of Excellence committee.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate Human Resources Generalist Qualifications

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources discipline required, or equivalent experience may be considered.

Two years of experience in a human resources environment required.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

Preferred
Experience with e-signature solutions preferred.
