The Financial Planning Analyst helps aid in the sales and forecasting process, as well as financial reporting and analysis with focus on data governance, modeling and ad hoc data requests including communication with global finance and supporting not only the Caribbean Business team but also partnering with other business development departments such as Sales, Marketing and R&D as it directly relates to the Caribbean business.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as Business Controller to the Caribbean colleagues as well as management.
  • Prepare business review package for US and Caribbean management monthly business reviews with key stakeholders and address variance and key concerns.
  • Manage month end close process; allocation of expenses via journal entries as well as variance analysis to budgets.
  • Collaborate with Group Finance as well as Caribbean Business partners to create, manage and report budget and all rolling forecasts. Manage IBP and CRM as it relates to these customers
  • Upload all budgets into SAP/Click View and BFC on a timely basis.
  • Focus on data governance to ensure accuracy of all reporting.
  • Key user on existing data interfaces (SAP/Power BI/SAP IBP) used for reporting; improve and automate, where possible.
  • Maintain and create Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Support Caribbean team in business partnering function, daily & monthly reporting and analysis of sales, margin and P&L performance.
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis, as requested.

Prior Knowledge/Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Customer focused team player with problem solving attitude
  • Spanish Speaking a plus
