The Role in Brief:

Associate – Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, EAB Seramount

The Associate will be a key member of the Advisory team within EAB Seramount. We seek a teammate with excellent analytical skills, ambition and relationship building skills. This role combines project management with extraordinary data analytics skills and the opportunity to do high-impact work.

This position is open to remote employment within the continental United States.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ongoing client interactions and engagements to support overall needs of the Seramount advisory team.
  • Contribute to research and presentations that synthesize complex ideas in diversity, equity and inclusion into actionable solutions for Diversity Best Practices members.
  • Communicate ideas clearly and logically and channel through written deliverables, webinars, and presentations.
  • Leverage existing research and data to respond to member inquiries that consist of high quality deliverables developed in a timely fashion.
  • Strong project manager who is able to set agenda, define timelines and support the project team throughout the advisory work/project.
  • Support advisory presentations by utilizing research and best practices to create content and develop key talking points for the advisors.
  • Develop, maintain and monitor documentation to support Seramount business process improvement efforts.
  • Work effectively in a team environment with relationship managers, and research to support our existing members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, with an excellent academic record and 1-2+ years of post-graduate, professional experience
  • Experience with at least two of the following:
    • Compiling and synthesizing research
    • Project management
    • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
    • Creating external facing written and/or data-based deliverables that include PowerPoint presentations
  • Must be open to 5-10% travel

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience in working in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in a corporate setting.
  • Experience working in a team environment and as an individual contributor
  • Excellent prioritization and time management especially in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to valuing diversity, practicing inclusive behaviors, and contributing to an equitable working and continual learning environment in support of EAB’s DE&I Promise

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $44,000 - $65,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.

This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
