As a main point of contact for an essential part of our supply chain process, this position is responsible for managing the flow between warehousing, shipping/receiving processes, delivery and our inventory software. You will be in charge of maintaining inventory to ensure that products are dispatched and delivered efficiently. This role is a combination of warehouse management skills, organization, and problem-solving abilities. It’s important to keep detailed inventory and shipment records to ensure the warehouse is smooth running.
Day-to-day roles and responsibilities
- Oversee basic operations, such as shipping, receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of products
- Create and affix product labels and bin labels
- Assist in setting stock levels and reconcile with inventory software
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate order fulfillment
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
