Assistant Account Executive/Account Executive, Digital Innovation Group

The Role:
Our team is looking to hire an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive to be a part of the Digital Innovation Group (DIG) in Chicago. You will help lead innovative social media and influencer activities across several world-class brands. Your expertise will be an integral part to every aspect of the client’s digital and influencer strategy, who will depend on you to add a fresh and innovative perspective.

What is the work?
- Work with an integrated team on influencer campaigns, digital strategies, and social media listening and intelligence reports
- Contribute to the development of digital PR and influencer marketing strategies
- Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on client KPIs, targets and baselines Learn and use basic influencer marketing and PR tools/platforms such as: Brandwatch, , Newswhip, etc.
- Monitor earned and social media and analyze company, consumer, and trending conversations
- Proactively identify trends in social media and uncover up-and-coming influencers
- Keeps tabs of timelines and budgets to ensure programs are on track
- Present to clients, agencies, and internal teams with confidence: case studies, results, recommendations, presentations
- Actively participate in brainstorms
Experience that contributes to your success:
- Have 1-3 years of experience with social and influencer campaigns in an agency setting, traditional PR experience is a plus
- Someone who owns their work and takes pride in seeing through a project from start to finish
- Inquisitive, forward thinking, and willing to take chances to deliver truly impactful results
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple projects
- Strong passion for all things social and always looking to improve and expand knowledge/expertise
- You are imaginative and inventive and will help us to reach new heights
