We invite you to become an instrumental part of our team. We are seeking team oriented individuals that are:

FAA CERTIFIED AIRFRAME & POWERPLANT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS for all shifts to work aircraft, components or related parts of aircraft outlined in accordance with Grand Canyon Airlines policies and procedures (Continuous Aircraft Maintenance Program (CAMP) and Approved Aircraft Inspection Program (AAIP)), manufacturer’s manuals and FAA requirements. Training will be provided.

· scheduled inspections and maintenance actions.

· unscheduled maintenance actions.

Job Requirements:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Possess a valid driver’s license

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends and/or holidays.

· Must be able to lift 20 lbs and often lifting above head.

· Must be able to fit into tight places.

· Must have physical dexterity sufficient to perform repetitive tasks and motions, including bending at the waist and knees, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climb ladders, aircraft and support stands, and sustaining those positions for extended amounts of time.

· Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (high visibility clothing, hearing protection, safety glasses) when required.

· Professional that is able to work as a team member or independently.

· Must have the ability to be trained to use calibrated hand and specialized tools.

· Must be able to read and understand English in order to properly use aircraft manuals.

· Possess quality decision making capability and mental alertness to ensure safety.

· Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Additional knowledge, skills and abilities desired but not necessary:

· Paint Application and Preparation

· Fixed Wing experience preferred.

· Experience with PT6 engines preferred, but not required.

· 1 year experience as an A&P preferred although not required.

· Sheet Metal Fabrication and Repair

· Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass Composite Repair

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
