In this unique global role, you will report to the Director of Sales Compensation to support the sales compensation needs of our global organization by helping manage the day to day administration of our variable sales compensation program to help drive a more effective sales organization
Role Responsibilities
Provides analytical support for the sales compensation program, including data analysis and reporting.
Receives, researches, and responds to inquiries concerning sales compensation related issues promptly and professionally.
Participates in a variety of Human Resources and Compensation related analytical projects including the annual sales compensation planning year-end cycle.
Manages the monthly global sales compensation accrual process.
Assists with determining the effectiveness of sales compensation components, rules and programs.
Updates and maintains the global sales compensation administration governance guidelines.
Assists with job matches and survey data, provides survey industry market/compensation survey submissions as needed in collaboration with the Compensation team.
Work closely with HRBP and Talent Acquisition teams on proposals for new hire offers, promotions and market adjustments.
Review survey results and proactively provide the analysis of market trends and recommendations for any changes in our structure or individual adjustments based on the data.
Attends and participates in onboarding and new hire orientation.
Collaborates with HR and management to develop and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Participates in regular market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the organization's sales compensation.
Assists in conducting studies for specific functional areas; analyzes market trends; completes statistical reports and assists in the development of recommendations and action plans designed to attract, retain, and reward employees.
Work on special projects as assigned.
Role Requirements
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of previous experience in sales compensation design and administration, prior experience in sales operations or sales enablement is a plus.
Experience with an automated HRIS system, preferably Workday, is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce.com
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and intermediate skills in Excel
Proven communication skills including presentation skills, story telling and reporting.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Attention to detail and follow-through skills is a must.
Strong mathematical, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Sound logic, reasoning skills to identify, develop, and evaluate alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
High degree of attention to details while considering the big picture.
Strong technical aptitude (advance computer skills)
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Salary
The on-target earnings range is 67,500.00 – 97,500 USD per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
