Must have a current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate
2. Be able to work independently, on call, nights, and weekends as this is a 24/7 operation
3. Must remain able to pass FAA-required drug and alcohol tests.
4. Must possess and retain a valid Drivers’ License
5. Ability to lift 50 pounds and have the agility to climb into small spaces in aircraft
6. Have the means to get and maintain a valid passport
7. Lear experience, preferred
8. Five (5) years of experience, preferred
Must be readily available day or night as the need arises for the company's demanding schedule.
2. Ability to travel domestically and internationally if the need arises.
3. Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
4. Must possess own toolbox with general mechanic tools.
5. Must clearly document maintenance and repair actions, equipment status tags, logs, parts requests, etc. clearly on paper or in an electronic system
6. Must be able to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, written instructions, test procedures, etc.
7. Must be self-motivated and able to manage time as required to effectively achieve specified maintenance response goals.
8. Must be able to effectively communicate the status of aircraft to the team as required.
9. Must execute work duties assigned by Director of Maintenance.
